On a computer, point your phone's camera at a code to open that app on Google Play.
What works with no network
Everything you do in the shop, on the farm or at the committee meeting. The phone saves it first and sends it when the connection is back, so nothing is typed twice and nothing is sent twice.
- Selling, with cash, mobile money, card or credit, and receipts to print or share on WhatsApp. Receiving and counting stock, customers and debts.
- The farm: the daily card, eggs, feed, deaths, treatments, sales and expenses.
- Events: pledges, what has been paid, and budget items.
- Looking things up: prices, what is on the shelf, who owes what.
- A finished sale is never refused when it syncs. If stock went short meanwhile, it is flagged for you to check.
What needs a connection
A few things live on our servers and wait for the network.
- Other phones' records appear once both phones have synced.
- The shop's reports are worked out on the server, so they need the connection.
- Adding staff logins, paying for your plan, share links and printed reports.
Before you install
Which phones do they run on?
Android phones, from Google Play. On an iPhone, or any computer or tablet, sign in on the web instead, with the same account.
Are the apps free?
Yes. The apps cost nothing. Your plan decides how many phones can record at once, and the Free plan includes one.
Do I need a different account for each app?
No. One account signs in to all four apps and the web, and your records are the same in each.
Can several phones work on one account?
Yes. Each phone records on its own and they share the same records once they sync. Your plan sets how many phones you can connect.
What if the phone is lost?
Records that were synced are safe on our servers. On a computer, open Team and set a new password for whoever used the phone: every phone signed in with the old one is signed out. Records already on the phone stay on it, so set a PIN in the app. Signing out of the app yourself deletes the records from that phone.
